CERINFA in Manabao
El Shaddai school was the vision of YWAM Missionary Carol Stephens to reach children in Manabao with the Gospel. God gave Carol tremendous favor and in 2018, after stepping away from active missions, she turned the school and property over to MIVA to continue the vision of reaching children. Now under the direction of MIVA, El Shaddai will embody the educational strategies of CERINFA to continue reaching, educating, and nourishing pre-school, Kindergarten, and Elementary School children. We are asking for teams to come minister and build in Manabao.
Education
We are expanding CERINFA’s education and nutrition model to our El Shaddai Campus in Manabao, which will serve PreK – 5 Grade Students. They will receive good nutrition and solid starts to their learning.
Expansion
Our goal is to build 4-5 new classroom over the next 4 years, which will give us adequate room to teach our students and house missions teams during Summer. The campus has living quarters for small teams
Mountain Community
The El Shaddai Campus is situated beneath the towering Pico Duarte, the highest mountain in the Caribbean and standing over 10,000 feet above sea level. It is a favorite hiking location for tourists.
