Missional Model Leader’s Conferences…
Since 2023, we have focused new energies on teaching, training and mentoring spiritual leaders in the local church, with an emphasis on raising up apostolic, prophetic, pastoral, teaching, and evangelistic leaders. Our host pastors help us facilitate large conferences, as well as smaller intensive trainings that help leaders identify Christ’s unique leadership gifts at work in them. Our training features The Missional Model, from Drs. Wayne and Sherry Lee and Church Life Resources, which has equipped leaders in 20 different nations, including 5000 Spirit-filled churches in the United States.

We teach an Ephesians 4 model of ministry that helps leaders understand and deploy the five gifts of Christ Jesus in team-oriented leadership for the local church.
Encounter.
Our conferences create space for spiritual renewal and encounters with the Spirit of God through passionate prayer, healing prayer teams, spiritual gift activation, and more.
Teaching Team.
