Our mission includes equipping leaders and congregations in the United States through conferences, training, and coaching. We encourage leaders, equip them with new skills, and help churches develop workable, measurable growth plans that lead to new vision and passion for the mission.
Our Services
We offer the following services to equip leaders and congregations in five-fold ministry. Because we are a non-profit, fees for all services support our missions initiatives in the nations.
Five Gifts Coaching
Our certified coaches help leaders and congregations identify vision and missional goals that bring health to their congregations and reach their communities.
Conferences
We bring the dynamics and training aspects of our Missional Model Conferences in the nations to host churches and networks in the US that help leaders take a five-fold ministry approach in their congregations.
Assessments
We offer strategic assessments that identify present reality for organizational health, measure strengths and the activity of God, and reveal potential for growth.
Education
Five Gifts provides intensive training for leaders, who want to take the next step in their leadership. We offer in-person cohorts with professional and educational tracks, the latter leading to a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or a doctoral degree in about 2 years.

J Bruce Ritter Jr
Bruce is a certified leadership coach, skilled trainer, and ordained minister. He builds transformative relationships and learning environments that enable leaders to discover and lean into their strengths. He specializes in spiritual life and leadership coaching and equipping congregations in the United States and the Nations.

Charles Russell
Charles Russell is an Ordained Minister as well as a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. He is passionate about Public Speaking, Building Teams, and Developing Leaders. Charles specializes in Church Revitalization, helping churches navigate pathways out of decline and into a new reality of health and growth.
